BABYGOLD is an American Barbecue restaurant attached to FITZGERALDS, the historic Chicagoland music venue located in Berwyn, IL. FITZGERALDS owners Will Duncan & Jess King have teamed up with Chef Steve Domanik, & GM Michelle Larson for this casual yet high quality smokehouse. In addition to full service dining throughout the adjacent Music Venue, Patio, Cocktail Bar, and Private Dining Space, BABYGOLD offers takeout, delivery, and catering. The menu is anchored by traditional American Barbecue and shows subtle nods to FITZGERALDS Cajun musical heritage. Special attention is given to brisket & ribs, and rotating specials like beef ribs off the outdoor “stick burner” are common. Authentic po’ boys and chargrilled oysters are on offer, as well as a handful of healthier-than-expected options such as BBQ spiced cauliflower, smoked shrimp, and a killer kale Caesar salad.
